Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only.

We look forward to expanding our shipping destinations in the future.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During new product launches, promotions, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

  • Dubai: 1–3 business days
  • Other Emirates: 2–4 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.

Any available free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information, where available.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate before completing your order.

Habibuy Luxe is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable or provides incorrect delivery details, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs of the damaged product
  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging

We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

Complimentary UAE shipping on orders of AED 250 or more.
